This past week Chad went hunting with his friend James. Chad didn't have a tag so he was there to Video and help spot. This was there second trip they went earlier this year for the archery hunt but had no luck. This time James was able to shoot a 7 x 6 from 550 yards. He shot 14 times but was able to get the elk. They had a good time and next year Chad hopes to be able to shoot his own Elk.

They got one!

Looks like a pretty big one! Do you get some of the meat? What did Easton think?
Whoa! Chad, Zane now thinks you are the coolest guy ever. He wants to be hunter when he grows up. Love pic. Good luck next season.
Yes we did get some meat in fact Chad is making dinner tonight. Easton actually hasn't said much he was to occupied playing with his cousins and being at his grandparents house.
