BYU vs Boise State Football Game

We had season tickets to BYU Football this year with some friends. I let Easton take the camera to the Boise state game.
This is the only picture of actual people I knew. Easton, Vance, and Austin. These boys loved it!

Weber State Football Game

Yesterday we went to a Weber State football game.
Kinslee had a good time.  She had her little bottle of water and was pretty content.

Our Life lately

What we have been up to lately.
Gretchen is ready for some BYU football!
We went to a stake picnic and Kinslee challenged her dad in this pioneer game.
Kinslee is having a hard time that Easton and Gretchen get to go to school everyday.  She found her own backpack and thought if she brought it I would drop her off also.
I decided it was time for a change and chopped off my hair and highlighted it.  I love it and everyone is giving me huge compliments.

Soccer and Practice

Easton had his first soccer game yesterday.  He has improved so much from last year when he started.  He was so excited and he kicked the ball like crazy.
He was the goalie for the last part of the game and the ball only came to him once so this is the best I could get picture wise.
Easton lately is way excited about football, he has been bugging his dad to help him practice for football.  I don't think he can play for two more years but hey starting early never hurts.  Chad was showing Easton that you need to stretch and I thought he looked so cute stretching.
I think this is my favorite picture.

Flag Football

Posted by Picasa

Chad started another season of flag football last night. As we were walking to the field he said to me, "I think I may be getting to old for this." It made me laugh because even if he gets to old he loves it and will keep playing. I love watching. Last night it got super windy and then started to rain so the first half of the game I sat in the baseball dug out to watch the game. The second half it had stopped raining and we sat on a blanket and watched. Well I watched and we also took a lot of pictures. Gretchen didn't like me taking her picture she would start crying when i would point the camera at her. Easton and I thought it was kind of funny to see her sad face so I kept taking the pictures. I am such an awesome mom!

They won the game by like 16. Way to go Chad! We Love You!!

A "Super Day"!

Today was a pretty eventful day at our house. Gretchen got to go to nursery today for the first time. She loved it. She walked right in and even waved goodbye to me. When I went to pick her up she got mad and didn't want to leave. Easton did the same thing up until his last day in nursery. I got to listen to the whole Relief Society lesson it was great. Oh and a little side note Gretchen has 3 new teeth and one on the way in. I am a loser mom and didn't even notice. The other fun event was the Super Bowl. We told Easton yesterday that we were going to have a party and eat treats. He was pretty excited and even invited his Sunbeam teacher.
Here is what we had. It actually looks kind of gross but we enjoyed it.
This picture was right after one of the Arizona Cardinal touchdowns.
I love doing self portraits.

This was the best part of the whole day for Easton. This kid loves food. You can get him to do a lot if he knows food will be his reward.
I thought the game was really good. I wanted the Cardinals but thought the game was really good. I love football it is sad it is over for a while.

Patriotized!

Wednesday night Chad played 3 games. They won the first two, but they lost the final championship game. The championship game they threw a pass with only a few seconds left but didn't convert. The team they played was a team of high school kids. They were pretty excited because they "Patriotized" them. For those of you who don't know what that means, chads team went undefeated like the New England Patriots and lost in the championship game. Chad had a good time playing and looks forward to playing again later this summer.

42 to 20

Chad played in his 4th flag football game yesterday. He was out of town and thought he would miss the game but lucky for him the job wasn't ready yet. He got home yesterday afternoon. I didn't see a lot of the game. I need to get a babysitter for Gretchen if I want to watch next time. Anyway, Chad scored 1 touchdown and Easton actually took a picture at that moment. You can barely see Chad about to catch the football. (he is right behind that middle pole) They won 42-20. Way to Go!!!

Indoor Flag Football

Chad started playing in an indoor flag football league tonight. He did really really good. He had 2 interceptions, one returned for a touchdown and another touchdown. His Team won 57 to 33. Easton thinks his Dad is pretty cool because he plays football. I planned to take pictures but my cameras batteries went dead. He plays for like 9 weeks so I am sure you will get some updates over the next little while.

Sunday Night Football

Gretchen is turning into a TV junkie at the age of 2 1/2 months. On Sunday night she was totally crying and Chad turned it to Football and she stopped immediately and was in the Zone. She watches sports really well. I am assuming it is because there is a lot more movement then other programs. I thought this picture was super cute of her and her dad watching the game.

Flag Football

Chad is on a flag football team and they went 6-2 for the season. They are the number 1 team in there division. Tonight was there first playoff game. They won 26-20. Chad had 2 interceptions. I have only been able to attend a few games but Easton likes to go and watch his dad play football(well until he finds kids to run around with). I like watching Chad play and am glad he gets to do stuff like this. I know he really enjoys playing.

This picture is a little blurry but that is Chad with the ball.

This is Gretchen all snuggled up watching her dad!

I didn't get any pictures of Easton he was to busy running all over and playing with his new friends.

Football!

Easton and Chad were watching football this weekend and I glanced over at Easton and this is how he was sitting. I love that he sits like this all the time.
