A bit of a Slump!

So I have had a bit of a blogging slump, at least for me. Life hasn't been to exciting lately just the regular day to day stuff. So I guess here is what I got. I don't have any new pictures of Easton because he fell the other day and cut his lip. I should have taken a picture of it but it really looks kind of gross so I spared all of you. Gretchen is naughty and seems to enjoy it. We are calling her Naughtia(I don't know how to spell it) now days.

As you can see Gretchen took off her pants and then proceeded to climb onto the sewing table. She thought it was so funny when I looked at her.

When I make dinner she thinks she needs to get out the pans or she gets in the cupboard with the pans. It must depend on her mood.

Easton this morning brought me a Navy Blue Sweatshirt and asked what the letters were. About an hour later he came up to me and asked, "Mom what are those letters on the Gravy Blue sweatshirt?" Who doesn't love the color Gravy Blue.

Our family Car Wash

On Friday night Chad told Easton that he could help wash the cars tomorrow morning. Easton was so excited that when he woke up Saturday morning he said, "mom is today tomorrow?" I thought that was funny.

Look at those Guns!!!

Gretchen wasn't all that helpful she was either eating the bubbles from the bucket of water or taking our rags away. She took a nap while we washed the van.

Getting into Things!

Gretchen likes to get into things. It doesn't matter if it is a box a bin a toy box whatever she tries to get in it. I only have a few pictures but here are some of Gretchen getting into things she isn't supposed to.

Yes that is Gretchen in a curio cabinet. Luckily nothing is in it yet. This is not her first time in it but I was able to grab a picture of her before she got in some serious trouble.

Costumes

So I realize that Halloween is a little ways off, but I tend to think about things way way in advance. I am trying to figure out what my kids should be for Halloween. I would love to sew there costumes but I do not know how confident in my sewing I am. I also don't want to have to spend a ton of money. So I am asking for all my readers opinions. What should my kids be? I want input from every reader. (That means you, all my family that looks but never comments)
This picture was from last year. I just think posts are more exciting with a picture.

Easton Loves Naptime!

Easton loves Gretchen's morning nap time. That usually means he gets to play a game or do his puzzle with his mom. He loves to play games and it helps me with my patience or I am hoping anyway. It is tough playing a game with a 3 year old sometimes. Today he put his puzzle together. He got this big puzzle from his Grandparents. He loves it and I think we might need to invest in a few more. Here are a few pictures of him with his puzzle.

Mom I am so Tired

Sometimes you just can't make it home. I love it when my kids fall asleep in the car. They both transfer to there beds pretty easily. They don't look all that comfortable but what can I do.

Easton

Easton likes to line his toys up in some way. The other day I thought this little arrangement was interesting so I had to take a picture.

This is the whole big line of his little people on top of the blocks.

Here is a close up view.

Then the next day he did something similar and asked me to take his picture.

He told me hey mom I made a T could you take my picture.

I think I need to do a post like this once a week. He knows how to push my buttons already and it is always good to pay attention to all the funny, cute, nice, things about him. I love him to death and my life would be boring with out him. Lately when he is in his room alone he is singing. I love it it just makes me smile. The other day he was singing The Eye of the Tiger.
