Discovery Gateway

Yesterday afternoon we met Andrea and her family and Lara and her family at Discovery Gateway. It was a lot of fun Easton liked the Helicopter the best. When we got home that is all he would tell his dad about.

This picture you can see Charly, Scarlet, Daphne and Marshal flying.

Here you see Easton, and Zane and Daphne as the sick patient on her way to the hospital.

Here is Easton, Kendall and Zane boarding the helicopter.

It was hard to get Easton to leave the helicopter but there were so many other fun things that he soon forgot. He really enjoyed driving the car and playing in the water. He told his dad that we need to go again.

Easton's Big Fall

Easton had a small spill Monday. He was running on the sidewalk and tripped. He thought he was a lot worse off then he really was. He told his dad to fix it. This is how he thought the best fix was.

Playing Baseball

This afternoon Chad taught Easton how to hit the baseball off of the Tee. Easton thought this was pretty fun. He has only played with it in his room until now so outside was much more enjoyable for him. He still has a lot to learn but I think he did very well for a 2 year old. He really liked it when he hit the ball in the bushes. After we were done playing baseball he had to have a Popsicle and relax.

My Mom

I have been thinking about this all week and intended to have a post yesterday but didn't end up getting it done in time. I have been thinking about my mom a ton lately and missing seeing and talking to her and feel like she deserves a little tribute from me. She taught me so many wonderful things but the thing that she loved the most was the gospel. On Saturday I was going through some old boxes and found a few letters she has written me and in each one she told me her testimony. I am so grateful for her love of the gospel and the example she set for me. I know without her doing that I wouldn't have the testimony I have today she instilled that in me. I am so grateful for the knowledge that I will get to see her again. She was such a wonderful example in my life for so many things. I Love You Mom!!!!

A Visit to the Park

Here are a few pictures of Easton and I's trip to the park. He saw a tree and felt like he needed to climb it and then he just played nothing to exciting but I thought he looked pretty cute so I should share these pictures with everyone else.

Spoiled

Easton really enjoys going to Grandma & Grandpas because he gets spoiled like crazy. He loves to go visit and here are just a couple pictures of him hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa.

First Buzz Cut

This past weekend we made a trip to Idaho to visit Grandma & Grandpa. While there Easton received his first buzz cut. His Grandma Higley and Dad buzzed it all off. I have a few pictures. Easton thought it was pretty neat that he was getting his haircut by his dad. Now he has short hair and is ready for summer. I don't know how much I like it but of course he is still the cutest kid to me. I am not bias or anything.
