Dodge Ball

I figured I should put this on my blog so that I have a record of it in my life, not that Chad will ever let me forget because he thinks it is pretty funny.  I play on a competition dodge ball team.  I am horrible but it is still pretty fun. We actually have only won one game and I think that was by forfeit.  Our last game is this Thursday and I am sort of sad.  I hope that I will be able to do it again. 

8 years old

I can't believe Easton is 8 years old.  His birthday started out a little rough but I think he ended up having an awesome day.

He got to open one present before school.  Gretchen and Kinslee gave him an avengers watch.  He was so excited as you can see in the picture.  Two minutes later when i opened it and it didn't work he lost it and thought he was going to have the worst birthday ever.  After talking to dad he was back to being happy.  I was able to take his watch back and get a new one and delivered it to him at school with his treat for his class.

When I asked him how his birthday was I got a thumbs up!  Now he is super excited to get baptized in 17 more days.

Snow Day

School was cancelled today because we got so much snow so fast.  Tonight at 6 when Chad measured we had 14 inches. While Chad was shoveling for like the third time today my kids decided to get there snow stuff on and go play.  

 Gretchen in her snow clothes. After Chad was done he took the kids sledding.  Since we live right by a dead end street the city just pushes all to the end of that road.  It was a fun place to go sledding.

 Kinslee loved it and said wee every time she went down.

Notice anything different about this picture?

I didn't notice the difference until I was at a restaurant and she thought it was okay to take off her shoes.  When I went to put them back on I noticed she had on two right foot boots.  She had on hers and Gretchen's.  This kid cracks me up!!

While I was making dinner I found Kinslee like this. She was just reading like it is totally normal to be in the cupboard.

Basketball

Easton started Jr. Jazz and he scored the first shot of the game.

 Easton was totally into the game and then when I took the picture he turned and looked.

 Our friends gave us six tickets, so Aunt Andrea watched Kinslee and Marshal and Kendall came with us.  I love Marshals face.

This picture is horrible but it shows proof that we went to Weber State.  Weber State killed the team they were playing.

New Year's Eve

This year for New Years Eve we went to Aunt Andrea and Uncle Chuck's house.  We played games, ate, and just talk.
